At first, meat was sold in vacuum packages

"from the yard". Self-service vending machines
are used today. The farm has its own shop

called “Farmer´s House”, where other products

are also sold. The aim is to shorten the journey

of the product to the consumer, i.e. the farm-
to-fork concept.
