Not depending on state systems, the area
is completely self-sufficient and uses three
principles of soil cultivation: permaculture,
natural farming, and the biointensive
method. Rainwater is collected and
reused. Different types of plant beds are
now spreading on the previously infertile
land, from mounded, tall, 365-day beds,
pallet beds, and herbal spiral beds. The
common feature of these approaches is
that they make it easier to use the leftover
plants to grow new ones and to grow food
without chemicals. The products can be
seen and some can be bought.
