It all starts in the kitchen garden. With
a serious commitment to the place, we
call home, our philosophy is simple.
We are inspired by the fresh herbs and
the seasonal vegetables. The emphasis
goes beyond complicated recipes, the
"real" and clean taste is important.
Tomatoes, peppers, zucchini from our
vegetables garden are the protagonists
in our dishes with our chef to bring out
their taste, says Anna, the manager.
